Klean Consulting is the management consulting arm of Klean Industries, providing leading-edge innovative solutions to clients worldwide. Klean Consulting is wholly owned by Klean Industries and operates as part of the Klean Group.

What the Group Does

Klean Industries develops, engineers and delivers resource-recovery and waste-conversion facilities internationally. Group services include feasibility studies, design and engineering, due diligence, energy and waste audits, turn-key DBC/EPC delivery, plant efficiency upgrades, carbon intensity management and supply chain management, alongside pyrolysis and gasification consulting.

Project Portfolio

The group's delivered and operating project record spans tire pyrolysis, plastic pyrolysis, recovered carbon black, pyrolysis oil, and solid waste and waste-to-energy. That includes energy-from-waste and biomethane facilities in Germany, gasification of municipal trash in Japan, municipal solid waste energy in Italy, and renewable steam and electricity in Canada.

Why It Matters to a Consulting Client

Most advisory firms in this sector have never commissioned a plant. When we assess a technology's throughput claim, an availability assumption or a commissioning risk, we are drawing on colleagues who have done it. Equally, when a client needs the work taken past advice into design, procurement or delivery, the group can do that without a handover to an unfamiliar third party.

Independence of the Advice

The relationship cuts both ways and we are explicit about it. Consulting engagements are scoped to the client's decision, and we regularly assess options outside the group's own technology set on their merits. Where a group capability is genuinely the best fit, we say so and disclose the relationship; where it is not, we recommend what is.

Working Across the Group

A typical sequence runs from waste audit and research through options appraisal and contractual arrangements, and — where the client chooses to proceed — into feasibility, design and delivery. Clients can engage any part of that chain on its own.

Services Available Through the Group

Feasibility studies, plant design and engineering, due diligence, energy and waste audits, turn-key DBC/EPC delivery, facility efficiency upgrades, carbon intensity management, supply chain management, and pyrolysis and gasification consulting. Clients engage these individually; there is no requirement to take a package.

Innovation

The group also maintains work in digital traceability and project innovation, including the KleanLoop blockchain platform for material tracking. Where a client's obligation involves chain-of-custody or verified recovery reporting, that capability is relevant to the advisory scope.
